If Sans had to guess--and he can, he's very good at it--he'd guess that Tim has seen a lot more shit than just mistreatment and neglect at the hands of his family and a hospital staff. He's from the same world as Alex. The guy who had a problem with blank white faces, the guy who decided to take it into his own hands when a literal child decided to act spooky at him.]
