Jay shuffles into Tim's room, flicking the nightvision setting on to scan the walls. He braces himself for when Tim inevitably turns the lights on and ruins the picture.
"You told me I did something." Jay can feel his head buzzing, and he sways on his feet for a moment. "And you were on the wrong side. Of the mirror, I mean. Said you might forget. That's why the--" He pulls the mirror back out of his pocket briefly, shaking it for emphasis.
Either the coffee hasn't kicked in, or it has and Jay's worse off than he thought.
